About Johanna

It is courageous to ask for help. Life is hard at times. In a safe warm non judgmental environment, I want you to relax and let your journey unfold. Let me provide the space so that you may find your way. It is ok to have pain. Einstein asserted that "you cannot solve a problem in the same condition it was created" meaning we need an outside person to gain perspective, have insight, and create change. My approach is best described as gently truthful and straightforward. I believe in you and want to work with you to create the life you deserve to have.

I am the choice for those seeking healing and growth. I work in a solution focused and with different approaches so that you use your strengths to maximize your healing. I work with individuals, adolescents, and their families especially in the areas of self esteem, trauma, divorce, and coparenting, and self harm behaviors. My work is deep and soulful and as a result, I sometimes run over time by a small bit in order to complete the work in moment. Flexibility, patience, and kindness are important for the environment.
